Saturday is Card Show Day

Well Buddies, Saturday is Card Show day in Minnesota. I am trying to stretch my dollars these days, so let's see what I was able to cobble together:

The most money I spent all day was on these three Short Prints. I now have a complete Twins team set for 2015 Heritage!
Some more throwback design in action - made in 2006, pictures from 2001 and 1991. . .
 Shannon Stewart!
The Twins were officially eliminated from playoff contention today, so the future is what I'm looking forward to . . . Eddie Rosario had double digit Triples, homers, and outfield assists this season -he'll be back.
Max Kepler will be in the running for a spot on the major league club next year, assuming this is Hunter's last year.

On to the Vintage! The Vintage Guy is still finalizing the sale of his home in the Twin Cities, so he made one more appearance at the show this weekend.
 Vintage Quarter Boxes!
 ALOU!!
Made a nice dent in the Deckle Edge set, just a dozen left to go!
The big win though was the stack of Red Man Minnie Minosos!
Here's the back of the oldest Minoso - you can see the dotted line at the bottom. Spendier versions of this card still have the tab attached below the dotted line. This version is just fine for me!

    1. They are a pretty good insert - they held up better than the gold embossed inserts from the 1965 set, too, it's not hard to find these in good shape.
