Gaetti, Carew, Reardon, Larkin?

No, it's not Gaetti, Carew, Reardon, Larkin - it's Jim from Garvey Cey Russell Lopes - GCRL!
I was able to track down some vintage Dodgers for Jim, and the return package did not disappoint. Mauer is awfully orange in that Topps insert in the top right... I got a kick out of that! I did need a base card of Kennys Vargas from Gypsy Queen, believe it or not - I had the Auto, a white framed parallel, and two different Minis via trades, but the base card is new to me!
Vintage out, Vintage in! Needed all 5 of these 1956 Topps, these were real sharp condition wise, too!
Here was the big highlight for me - Elmer!
I have a copy of this card, but it was horribly trimmed (cut down to a "standard" 2X3 size), so it's great to get an upgrade!

Thanks so much Jim, these are Great Cards, Really Liked them!

  2. I like the old Philadelphia A's Elephant Logo on that Valo card (which, itself, is a great card). And you can never go wrong with Denny Hocking!

Well, actually, you could but...not that card!

    1. Hocking was one of those 25th Man players, but he for some reason sticks in my memory more than a lot of other guys like that.
