Collected baseball cards from 1986-1995, and again from 2014 to Present. A simple blog to discuss the hobby.
A wall of those cards would give me nightmares.
I think the 87 Canseco Diamond King card would be my nightmare wall.
I played against this guy in high school. State finals 1980.
That's fantastic - I saw that he was from MA. When I was just starting out as a kid, Robidoux cards were unavoidable - I would pull them in packs, re-packs, grab bags, trades... Do you know, is it pronounced "Robidoo" or "Robidough." I assume now that it is like the french "Doux", but I used to pronounce it dough to make the name rhyme Bill-y Jo / Ro-bid-ough
Robidough. The name rhymes. I think I read someplace that he umps high school baseball now
Good to know! (also rhymes with Robidoux)
Billy Jo would like to remind everyone that there is no fun in baseball. And there ain't no cryin' either....
He might look a little miffed because we missed his birthday (January 13th, assuming Donruss is correct)
