Cardboard Served on a Platter

The big Group Trade continues to pay dividends, and today's features a package from Mr. Speigel from Nomo's Sushi Platter.

 Vintage!
The Future's Bright for these 4.
That Radke card is a hot mess, but that's part of it's charm!
The last 1990 Donruss on my want list!!!
And close it out with a hit! I think Larry Walker had an under-appreciated career, I hope he gets some traction in the Hall of Fame voting in future seasons.

Thanks very much for the trade Michael, these are great!

  1. I love that Bomb Squad insert, cool concept and a well executed design. Also, gotta love that Minoso card and the story behind it!

    1. Yeah the Bomb Squad insert seems to have popped up in a few sets, I think this version (Donruss Triple Play) was the best looking version of it.

  3. That Rickey has to be the best looking 90 Donruss, right? Also love the Larry Walker relic.

  4. I was a huge Walker fan. The guy could flat out hit. His numbers seem to be right on the fringe of hall of fame status. Wonder if voters are penalizing him for putting up monster years in Colorado. That 97 season was crazy good.
