Allen & Gift-er - Trade bait for you

I still buy a pack or two of Allen & Ginter each year, just to get a sampling of it. To be honest, it's not my thing. That's ok though, and in fact, my bad taste works to your advantage! I don't collect cards that are not baseball cards (with a few documented exceptions). Everything that follows is up for "trade."

2007 Allen & Ginter's - I say "Trade" because I am willing to include any of these as throw ins to a larger blind trade. I still would love to downsize a bit, so give me a team or a set you collect, or perhaps a mini collection, or a specific player, and I'll send over a chunk of cards. Send back whatever you think is fair.

2009 Allen & Ginter's - The horse's name is Archie Bunker!

2011 Allen & Ginter's - These were from a Transatlantic Triple Break, and I was very happy to get them. I will be even more happy to send them to you!

2015 Allen & Ginter - Topps dropped the 's, and what's left are cards for you!

2017 A&G - The unisphere is a cool looking card, I just can't collect everything, y'all.

One more from 2018 - This guy is a comedian!

some horizontals too - from 2011, 2014, 2015 , and 2018

Minis available as well - these range from 2011 to 2017. The last 4 baseball subjects are for trade as well.

I snuck in a Panini as well. So, let me know in comments or in an email if you're interested, I'd love to send you these and a whole lot more!

Non baseball Baseball cards- For Trade!

I've decided to put non-baseball Allen & Ginter up for grabs/dibs/trade. Claim as many as you like, send me something in return, don't worry about book value or anything like that, I haven't looked these up, I don't think there's anything Earth-shaking anyway.

Top 2 are inserts, the rest are base cards
Everything above is from the 2011 A&G set.

Minis!
2013 for the first three, 2014 for the next four, 2014 Panini Golden Age William Carrier, the rest are all from the 2011 set.
Here are the backs of the minis - the two Phillies have the A&G backs.

Let's Make a Deal

Wallet Card Keith Here - do you like making trades?

Here's an example of the cards I've organized by team - these are (almost) all of my Braves - Orioles - Red Sox - Cubs and White Sox. I have similar boxes that hold all Major League Teams. The bottom 3/4 or so of this box is up for trade.

Sure, I've got a ton of Junk wax like these. They could be yours! Team collectors, set collectors, let me know what you still need to fill in those late 80s and early 90s gaps. I am more than happy to send a "grab bag" style package of junk wax wrapped with more interesting inserts/autos/vintage/specific want list items.

But I've also got Vintage like these! There's quite a bit less of this, but again, if you're working on a specific set, let me know and maybe I have something for you.

2016 (and in a few weeks 2017) issued cards like these! Finish those 2016 (and '15) sets!

I'm looking to pare down my collection to be just the top section shown here for each team. My Twins Collection is also bursting - I have 5 boxes just like this one with just Twins cards in them, lots and lots of doubles. (So even if you are a fellow Twins collector, I probably have something for you).

So, what am I looking for in return? I've got vintage and Junk wax want lists, several player collections, and I am always interested in unique Twins.

If you're interesting in making a trade, let me know - I will still be putting together trades for #supertraders and for folks I've been trading with over the last couple years, too.

2016 Allen & Ginter - Trade Bait for You!

I bought a couple hanger packs of A&G last week, I actually love the cards themselves. The heavy card stock is great, the splash of color is much nicer than previous incarnations. But! I am really only interested in the baseball cards, so here's where you all get to call dibs on some cardboard.

 These could be yours!
 Or These!
Or these minis! Oakerson is an A&G back, the rest are all standard backs, as far as I can tell...

If we've traded before, I'll include your requested cards in the next PWE or bubble mailer headed your way.

If we haven't - why not? Let's work something out. There's a contact form on the blog, or put your e-mail in a comment below and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Just One Pack of 2012 Panini Prizm (with bonus pack)

2012 Panini Prizm - I had to look up the year- the backs were confusing. Copyright 2013, stats from the 2012 season, but they also have "2012 Panini Prizm" prominently displayed. On to the cards!
The Good News: I think I have a home for all of these . . .  in someone else's mailbox.
The Bad News? These cards are ugly and Panini should feel bad. I'll keep the Tommy Milone Rookie, he's a Twin now.

The best news? These were free packs added to an order from Dave and Adam's Card World -- Which means a very special Transatlantic Triple Break is about to begin! I'm joining forces with Matt from Bob Walk the Plank and Kevin from The Card Papoy and we're gonna break some stuff! I'll get Twins, Pirates will walk the plank, and Blue Jays will ... papoy? That's not a verb...

Let's Make a Deal: More Vintage Trade Bait

I get a little enthusiastic at the card show some times, and I end up with a small stack of vintage that I already owned or didn't have on a list... If anything below interests you, send me a message (there's a form on the right side of the blog) and let's make a trade.

Nothing earth shattering, but maybe you're working on one of these sets or maybe you collect these teams or players?

2015 Allen & Ginter - A Box and a Blaster

HEY! Are you planning on attending the national? We should hang out, check out some cards, maybe make a trade or two in person? Send me an e-mail so I know which day(s) you'll be there!

Was this a poor return, do you think? No Autos, nothing serial numbered, and here are the "hits":
 Two Marlins and a former Marlin . . .
Here is the hit from the blaster.

The A&G back minis:
Black bordered:
Insert minis:
and
These are short print minis....

So... yeah. Nothing really jumped out at me from the box. The Box Topper is a Kershaw card, a bigger version of the base card, no relic or auto on it.

Not sure if I got skunked or if that is typical for an A&G box.... Everything shown is available for trade, if you're interested, let me know!

Sorting Out . . . The Arizona Diamonbacks

It's been awhile since I've done one of these, it's hard to find time to sort through an entire team's cards. The Arizona Diamondbacks are the third recent expansion team I've tackled in the sorting out series...

The Diamondbacks found early success, thanks in no small part to some excellent and timely pitching from Randy Johnson and Curt Schilling.

Luis Gonzalez, Mark Grace, and Matt Williams fueled the D-Backs offense in the early days.
Some of my favorite cards featuring D-Backs are horizontal heroes.
Randy Johnson is not officially a player I collect, but I certainly don't turn that many away...

The rest of this post is trade bait! If you see anything you like below, let me know!
Didi Gregorius is the Gold Parallel version.
Tiny Patrick Corbin is numbered 51/100
Maybe you're a fan of Gonzo?
 Or Miguel Montero?
 Or Gracie?
Or Goldy?
I've updated my Zistle account with all of the Diamondbacks in my collection - if there are any that interest you, feel free to contact me via Zistle, or just send me an e-mail! The Will Ferrell card is available for trade as well..
